It has a 11 inches back lighted LED screen and weighs only 2.7 lb. All those factors contribute to a longer battery life, over 7 hours compared to the regular 3 hours.

Memory is limited to 32 GB but only 8 GB are available for storage.
The solid state memory is not upgradeable, which put a severe limitation to its use.

The Vaio VGN-TZ191N/XC has an Intel Core 2 Duo U7600 1.2GHz processor and 2GB DDR2 RAM. In spite of its solid-state drive, it does not perform significantly faster.

The screen resolution is detailed and sharp with good color rendering. Because of its small size it might prove a bit difficult to read.

The Vaio VGN-TZ191N/XC comes with an internal camera and microphone, which makes it suitable for video chat. A finger print reader allows log in to the computer.

Many users might have difficulty using the small keyboard. It will require some time to adjust to it.

The Vaio VGN-TZ191N/XC is a nice looking laptop, ideal for traveling.
