IF YOU THINK THAT not being able to use your cell phone (without a headset) while driving is too restrictive, pity the Mexicans who face a fine if caught at the wheel putting on lipstick, or shaving (with an electric razor, no mention of using a Bic).
They will also not be allowed anymore to throw trash out of their car window and driving with another person or an animal on their lap.
Talk about suffocating individual rights and freedom! ;o)
