We all know a budget is important. It serves as a guide. It let us know if we are overspending and it gives us invaluable informations where our money is going. Without a budget we would be drifting aimlessly, without any clue where we are financially. If we have a lot of money we may not feel anything. But if we have limited resources we can find ourselves in difficult situations. By overspending we would then have to borrow at high interest rate, compounding our problem further.

We have made a small budget software to keep track of expenses. If you have Excel spreadsheet or an Excel compatible spreadsheet you will be able to use it.

It is very simple to use. All you have to do is to key in your expenses whenever you have the time (we recommend doing it 2 or 3 times during the week) and it will tell you if you are spending within your budget.
